Terms and conditions update 24th June 2026
Due to the UK Government’s Great British Summer Savings campaign – all passes purchased on or after 25th June 2026 will be valid until 1st September 2026.
- Pass valid for bookings up to and including 9 September 2026
- Safety procedures must be followed- all jumpers must have a completed waiver and wear grip socks
- ONE person per pass. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable
- Pass is issued and managed via Roller membership system
- It is recommended that sessions are booked in advance online via the QR code provided – walk-in sessions are subject to availability at the chosen park
- Confirmation email will include details of the pass plus a 20% café discount code
- Café discount is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers – excludes alcohol
- Safety procedures must be followed – all jumpers must have a completed waiver and wear AirHop grip socks
- Additional attractions or upgraded experiences are available at an extra cost.
- We reserve the right to revoke the pass if the holder does not adhere to park rules and T&Cs.

Ultimate Pass
- Valid for a maximum of one 120-minute session per day
- All sessions must be booked in advance online via the members area online and are subject to availability at the chosen park
- Valid for standard Open Jump access only; additional attractions or upgraded sessions require an extra fee
- Ultimate pass only usable (redeemable) at the purchased location.
5 Jump Pass
- This pass is valid on 60 minutes Open Jump sessions only
- Any unused Open Jump sessions after 9 September will be forfeited, with no refunds, extensions, or alternative compensation provided
- Purchased location – Online bookings & walk-ins (subject to availability)
- Other AirHop Adventure Park locations – walk-ins only (subject to availability)
Toddler Pass
- This pass is valid on Toddler Takeover sessions only
- Any unused Toddler Takeover sessions after 9 September will be forfeited, with no refunds, extensions, or alternative compensation provided
- Purchased location – Online bookings & walk-ins (subject to availability)
- Other AirHop Adventure Park locations – walk-ins only (subject to availability)
