Safety Information

Welcome to AirHop! We’re thrilled to have you bouncing with us, and your safety is at the very heart of everything we do. Whether you’re a seasoned jumper or a first-timer, we’re here to ensure you have a fantastic time while staying safe.

Trampolining and the associated activities carried out in our parks are physically demanding, and guests must ensure they are in good physical condition before taking part. Please be aware that the activities involved carry inherent risks of personal injury, including severe bodily harm. We Recommend any guests that have had or currently have a medical issue and/or disability which may affect their participation, to receive confirmation from a medical professional that it is safe to participate.

It is essential for all guests to carefully follow the safety guidelines outlined in the Safety Briefing Video and Activity Rules provided at the park. Additionally, guests are required to engage in activities suitable for their skill level and adhere to any height, weight, and age restrictions specified by the park.

Safety Video

Please watch our safety video before visiting our parks. *Attractions shown in the safety video vary by park.

Our core rules:

1

Always warm up before participating.

2

Listen to the Court monitor instructions at all times.

3

There must only be one person per trampoline at any time. Two or more people can cause the double bounce effect, the most common cause of injury when trampolining.

4

If you need to stop bouncing, bend your knees and safely stop.

5

When jumping, always aim for the centre of the trampoline with both feet together. Do not jump on or near the padding.

6

Always look out for those around you before you jump and be mindful of smaller jumpers.

7

Do not hang, climb, or dangle off the padding on the wall trampolines.

8

Jump within your ability and skill level.

9

Make sure you read and follow all the rule signs around the park.

10

Trampolining can be tiring, so remember to take a break if necessary.
